Shipping policy

Slacklife Inc. is responsible for ensuring the customer receives a brand new product in a 100% new and usable condition.

Currently we are in the second phase of our products. All orders will be shipped out Mid- April 2022. 

Do no accept the parcel if it is damaged from the exterior.

For any claims, please contact the store at slacklife.balance@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. (Unless mentioned otherwise)

Orders can be expected to reach the customer within 7-14 days of shipping (unless mentioned otherwise.)

Currently, we only ship within India. We soon hope to ship globally.
